We need a Federal Resolution to ensure child protection becomes a priority on the state level in every state.

House Concurrent Resolution 72 states child safety is the first priority of custody and parenting adjudications, and courts should resolve safety risks and claims of family violence before assessing other best interest factors.
It is currently in the process of gathering cosponsors to pass in the House before it moves to the Senate.
CA State Legislation
CA is moving forward with the introduction of new legislation for child safety. From the Judiciary to the Boards, accountability is requested.
